SENIOR HOUSING
The need for affordable senior housing of all types is very strong, and only likely to increase as the Baby Boom Generation approaches retirement age. The Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles and the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles Programs help fund the construction and renovation of affordable senior apartment buildings and complexes throughout the county.
Rosewood Court is a 65-unit affordable senior rental community in Pasadena.
It was developed by Southern California Presbyterian Homes with
financing assistance from HUD, the City of Pasadena and ’s Industry Fund Program.
