HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS


The Single-Family Grant Program (SFGP)
Offers grants up to $5,000 for repairs to low-income, owner-occupied, single-family homes and mobile homes in the Los Angeles unincorporated areas only.  For more information, please call (323) 890-7239.

The Single-Family Rehabilitation Loan Program
Assists low-income, owner-occupied, single-family homes with rehabilitation starting at $25,000 for each unit, at 3% simple interest rate with no monthly payments.  For more information, please call (323) 890-7244.

The Residential Sound Insulation Grant Program (RSIP)
