Process
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles (CDC). The CDC procures for a wide variety of materials, supplies, equipment, construction and consultant services. All procurement procedures are conducted in full compliance with the Federal standards stated in 24 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 85.36, Procurement, and the CDC’s Procurement and Contracting Policies and Procedures Manual.
To become CDC vendor, you must register by completing our Online Vendor Registration Form. Once you complete and submit the form, your information will be part of our Vendor Database, where it will remain for three (3) years. The Vendor Registration Database is our exclusive source of information for outreaching to vendors for business contracting opportunities.
Completing the online vendor registration form ensures your company will have access to view and download open solicitations and will receive automatic notification by email of any solicitation over $10,000 within your specific commodities. Registering in our database does not guarantee that a vendor will be awarded a contract with the CDC.
