AMENDMENT TO THE 2008-2009 ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN
CDBG-R Program
The amendment to the 2008-2009 One-Year Action Plan for Los Angeles Urban County enables us to receive and administer funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s CDBG Program under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Through the CDBG-R Program, Los Angeles County will invest in infrastructure improvements to spur economic investment, and increase energy efficiency, job creation or retention within the 47 participating cities and the unincorporated areas of the Los Angeles Urban County.
